For highly specialised training, we seamlessly coordinate trusted industry partners from our vetted network, giving you a single, reliable point of contact. Our instructors are BKSA approved plus our RYA approved courses.

HOW IT WORKS

Finding qualified watersports instructors with genuine superyacht experience takes time captains do not have. SYWCT removes that burden entirely.

We deliver the majority of training in-house, giving you a single, trusted point of contact for your watersports programme. Where specialist expertise is required, we source, vet and coordinate the right provider from our trusted network. Provider qualifications and insurance documentation are held on file and available on request. You retain full operational control throughout while we manage the sourcing, coordination and administration, allowing your crew to focus on the training.

SYWCT was founded to solve a specific problem: finding qualified, superyacht-appropriate watersports instructors from one company, is harder than it should be, and the consequences of getting it wrong are real.
