Your contact
for superyacht watersports training.

Delivering world-class superyacht watersports training, consultancy and operational support, with in-house expertise complemented by a trusted network of vetted specialist instructors covering PWC, e-foil, flyboard, wingfoil, kitesurfing, tender operations, tow sports and SOP support. BKSA approved instructors and RYA approved courses.

THE PAIN POINT

Time-poor yacht teams need reliable training without coordinating multiple suppliers.

Modern yachts carry increasingly complex toys. The challenge is no longer just owning the equipment, it is ensuring the crew are trained, procedures are documented and the operation is safe, structured and guest-ready.

Superyacht Watersports Consultancy and Training acts as a single coordination point, connecting yachts with our in-house team and back-up of our vetted third-party providers and supporting watersports implementation onboard or through UK-based training options.

HOW IT WORKS

Finding qualified watersports instructors with genuine superyacht experience takes time captains do not have. SYWCT removes that burden entirely.

We deliver the majority of training in-house, giving you a single, trusted point of contact for your watersports programme. Where specialist expertise is required, we source, vet and coordinate the right provider from our trusted network. Provider qualifications and insurance documentation are held on file and available on request. You retain full operational control throughout while we manage the sourcing, coordination and administration, allowing your crew to focus on the training.

Beneath the central text, there is a tagline: 'We coordinate. You focus on the experience.' At the bottom, a statement reads: 'Trusted providers. Seamless coordination. Global coverage.' in gold and white text.

About SYWTC

SYWCT was founded to solve a specific problem: finding qualified, superyacht-appropriate watersports instructors from one company, is harder than it should be, and the consequences of getting it wrong are real.

Built by people who understand superyacht operations.

We work exclusively within the superyacht sector, coordinating training programmes that meet the operational, safety and professional standards captains and management companies expect. We provide all training in-house with a wider provider network to call upon, which is built on direct relationships with specialists who have worked in the superyacht environment, not just instructors who are available.

If you have a training requirement and are not sure where to start, contact us.

START PLANNING

Tell us what your busy crew needs. We will handle the rest.

Whether you need updated PWC training, tender courses, e-foil support, flyboard training or a broader toy operations programme, we can help coordinate the right provider setup.
